2025 ARTIST & VENDOR SUBMISSIONS
Artist and Vendor Submissions for the
9th Annual World of Jazz Festival,
September 5, 6 & 7, 2025,
are now open!!!!
Artist submissions will be accepted until June 15, 2025.
Submissions should be emailed to admin@b-jazzed.ca

Please send an EPK consisting of the following:

MP3 and/or video links to media of the proposed ensemble for consideration

links to website and/or social media pages

contact information

Vendor requests will be accepted until August 1, 2025.
Requests should be emailed to: admin@b-jazzed.ca
Vendors must be licensed to sell in Brampton and should send through the following:​​
-
type of merchandise/food for sale
-
total square footage required
-
electrical/power requirements

Vendor fees apply. Email for details.
All vendors must provide their own signage, tables, chairs, tents, and any other materials needed.

Please be advised that only performers and vendors deemed suitable for World of Jazz 2025 will be notified.
