Angelica has studied Jim Blackley’s approach to jazz drumming through his former student Colin McVey. She has also had the chance to study with Grammy, Latin Grammy, and Juno nominated drummer Marito Marques. Angelica performs regularly around Toronto and continues to grow her musicianship by exploring various musical genres. She has performed with Tara Moneka, Astrid Tanton, Camille Léon, and many others.

As a young woman in the music industry, Angelica wants to bring recognition to her Honduran roots and inspire young girls to pursue music as well.
